Jack Lewis is a contributing editor to Motorcyclist magazine where he writes features and the column “Behind Bars.” Annual subscriptions run about the price of two newsstand copies (tell ’em Jack sent ya), but many columns are also reproduced at Motorcyclist Online. Links to those items are maintained in Jack’s RSS feed, displayed at the bottom of this page.

Jack’s first Kindle offering is Coming and Going on Bikes: Essaying the Motorcyle, a collection of six early works for Motorcyclist restored to the author’s uncut originals. A bonus track of previously unpublished material is included. For about the price of a gallon of gas, Kindle-enabled fans of Jack’s writing can access these articles as he intended them.

Jack also writes semi-regularly for City Brights at the Seattle PI, is an occasional columnist for the Pacific Northwest web magazine Crosscut, and freelances for a range of outlets including the Huffington Report, Soldier of Fortune magazine and the Robb Report.

Jack’s blog links to his articles as they appear around the web. To read his uncensored words and find out about new publications, subscribe to the Hi Jack! RSS.
